This is an outstanding office. Professional, informed and completely capable of meeting all your eye care needs when looking for an examination and prescription glass fitting. Page, her staff and Dr. Lee all spent the time to examine and meet my eyewear issues, by making my experience seamless and very satisfying. UPDATE AS OF 10/9/19: Had to give an updated review on my favorite vision center! Started coming here in 2017 and am still so happy to have found this business. The staff and Doctors continue to be friendly as ever and very accommodating. I have gotten both frames and contact lenses here. The contacts were out of pocket but reasonably priced and the turn around to get the lenses following the exam was quick quick quick. There is a great selection of frames and Paige has helped me pick the right ones to compliment my face every time. I had to bring my 5 year old to my recent appointment and Paige kept him occupied while I met with the Doctor. She changed the TV to cartoons and I heard her engaging my child in conversation too. This made me feel so much more comfortable during my visit. Doctor Lee explained everything to me in detail and answered any questions I had regarding my eye exam. She also gave recommendations around general eye care and suggested follow ups for the next 2 years (my insurance covers exams every 2 years). I am still extremely happy and satisfied with my trusty vision center. I continue to highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality eye care! 2017: After looking through my insurance and seeing some pretty good reviews about this location, I decided to make an appointment for my husband and I. It is located on the bottom floor of a corner garden style co-op. Came in for a 4 pm appointment on a Friday afternoon. The ladies at the front desk were super friendly and made us feel like we were going there for years. Dr. Lee saw us for our eye exams; she was very thorough in explaining what/why she was running certain tests and at the end went over our results and tips on when it's OK to be without glasses during the day. When it came to picking frames out, Paige and I believe the other lady's name was Gabriela were amazing. There were SO many frame choices which was great. Once we narrowed down the style we wanted, they kept the choices coming and were on point with the process. They closed at 5 PM but stayed with us to go over the prices and show us options for transitional/scratch resistant lenses. I am so impressed by the staff here; there was miscommunication about the insurance coverage but Paige cleared it up and was super professional about it. I can’t say enough good things about Windsor Park Vision. They were patient and expertly helped me pick the right glasses from a huge and fairly priced selection. I’m not the type of person to leave online reviews one way or the other. In fact, this is a first for me. But, I am so impressed with the staff and service at Windsor Park Vision, it would be a disservice to keep it to myself. My first experience with WPV about two years ago, was excellent. No complaints, and my eyeglasses came out so gorgeous that people stop me in the street to ask where I got them. But more importantly, the WPV family values their customers in a way I’ve never experienced with any other retail store, as I learned recently when I went back for an upgrade. These folks went beyond what any other eye wear boutique would have done to accommodate my somewhat strange circumstances. I didn’t even need to ask…they offered! I had this on my list of participating providers from my union and definitely wanted to support a local business as opposed to the large chain of eyeglass shops in the area which have poor reviews. I interacted with two people at the front desk as well as the doctor in the back and they were all extremely friendly and professional. When I was having trouble picking out glasses they even offered me an additional one or two pairs that weren’t covered in the free section for no additional cost. The reception staff is lovely and incredibly accommodating, they gave me a last minute appointment without hassle. Despite having a last minute appointment, I did not have a long wait. Dr. Levy took full medical background information and took his time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. This is a fabulous place. I used to come here as a child. Over the years, I wandered to different eye care boutiques. It didn’t go well. I remembered Windsor Park and gave them a try as an adult. I am so glad I did. My insurance is really hard to deal with, but the staff here worked diligently to make sure I was getting the most out of my benefits. My eye exam was thorough. In the past, I’ve had other places give me the wrong prescription. The optometrist here took her time to make sure my prescription was accurate. I was shown great generosity with my contact lens order. Also, I brought my grandmother in for new glasses and she was treated with the utmost kindness. I had a great experience at Windsor Park Vision Center. Dr. Levy gave me a thorough eye exam. Dr. Levy recommended that I get progressives which has really helped me to see better while driving so that I can follow the navigation system and see the distance. Before my progressives I kept putting on and taking off my glasses just to read directions up close. I heard that progressives could be a little hard to get use to but Dr. Levy explained exactly what I needed to do and I couldn't be happier with them. His staff was so helpful when it came to choosing my glasses. I tried on so many. They weren't pushy and there was a great selection to choose from. I also got them tinted so when I go outside they turn into sunglasses. Now I have built in sunglasses all in one.I have gotten so many compliments on my glasses. First time going and the staff did a great job. You won't regret going 😀 Going into Windsor park vision center was the best choice my mother made. Sophia helped me out so much she allowed me to try on so many different pairs of glasses. I was able to take my time no rush at all. Once I selected it she recommended the best thing for my lenses. I just received my new glasses from Windsor park Vision Center. From eye exam by the efficient and intelligent doctor, to frame selection the entire process was great. I would never go to a large chain store like LensCrafters again when right here in my neighborhood there is a such excellent service. The staff once again went above and beyond to help me in so many little ways. It's hard to believe that they get so much done in such a tiny office. I was able to get my complex progressive prescription with high quality, high index Varilux and Crizal lenses at a reasonable price. Going to Windsor Park Vision Center, ltd was an exciting experience for me. I was referred to this place by a friend. I made an appointment and three days later I was there getting my eyes checked. I hadn't been to an eye doctor in over 8 years. The test were simple and to the point. I have Astigmatism and although I didn't know what that meant, the doctor was there to help me understand. Their office is really welcoming with a bright and excepting attitudes. If I had any questions anything was cleared up. Someone was there to help me choose my frames and gave me feedback on how I looked. Overall the experience was exciting for me especially when my glasses arrived and I had to go pick them up. My glasses needed some readjustments, and the people had no problem doing that. They were happy to have helped me and provide me with comfort. A very helpful and knowledgeable practice. Staff is beyond friendly and helpful, especially Paige. She always has a smile on her face and eager to assist. The rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful as well! The Doctors are always thorough and explain everything in laymen's terms.
